Great question! Here's how our studio service process works:
1. Complete the Booking Request Form
Immediately after your purchase, you'll be prompted to complete a Booking Request Form.
2. File Preparation & Upload
Once you've submitted the form, you'll receive a "Booking Request Received" email containing detailed instructions on preparing your audio files and securely uploading them to us.
3. Project Review & Confirmation
After we receive and approve your files (typically the same day), you'll receive an email confirming your official project start date and delivery date.
4. Receive Your Master & Request Revisions
You'll receive your completed master by the confirmed delivery date. If revisions are necessary, simply reply to our email—we'll make every reasonable effort to ensure you're satisfied.

Projects cannot begin, and delivery dates aren't guaranteed, until all required assets are approved. If files are incomplete or require adjustments, we'll reach out immediately.
