Return & Cancellation Policy

 

At SoundHaus Studio, we’re here to support your creative journey. If something isn’t working for you, we’re happy to help. Below, you’ll find details about how refunds and adjustments are handled for our digital products and services.

 

1) Studio Services

Our Studio Services are a collaborative process. Our goal is to ensure you’re thrilled with the results. While refunds aren’t available for these custom services, we’re happy to make adjustments where needed. Here’s how it works:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  •  Once work begins, a project is no longer eligible for refund.

  • If you need to cancel a scheduled project before it begins—but are not yet ready to reschedule—you may pause the project and contact us at a later time to rebook. Scheduling is based on availability.

  • Paused projects remain eligible for rescheduling, based on future availability.

We offer a round of reasonable revisions to ensure your project reflects your direction. If additional edits are requested that fall outside the agreed scope, extra charges may apply.

2) Mentorship & Coaching

Our 1:1 Mentorship & Coaching sessions are tailored to you, which means we are unable to offer refunds. However, we offer flexible scheduling to ensure your learning experience can move at your own pace. If you need to adjust your schedule or session plans.

  • Let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that scheduling is based on availability.

  • If you cancel a session in advance but aren’t ready to reschedule, you can pause and contact us anytime to book a new date, subject to availability.

  • Session bundles are also eligible for rescheduling at any future date, as long as 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to forfeit. Contact us as soon as possible to see if you are eligable to reschedule.

  •  No refunds are issued once a session has taken place.

If you’d like to discuss rescheduling or adjustments, send us an email with your order number and details, and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

3) Online Courses

Due to the nature of recorded, self-paced online courses, all purchases are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Defective products include broken links, missing modules, corrupted files, or errors that prevent access. If confirmed, we’ll issue a refund. After 14 days, we’re happy to offer a replacement or an alternate resolution.

Refunds apply only to course content. Supplemental or bundled digital files are non-refundable once accessed. Bulk or bundled purchases are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds cannot be granted if:

  • You no longer need the product or found an alternative

  • Your system or software is incompatible

  • You lack the necessary technical skills

  • You are using unauthorized or pirated software

Please review all course descriptions and software requirements before purchasing. For refund requests, email [email protected] with your order number and a short explanation—we’re here to help.

 

4) Digital Downloads

Digital downloads (e.g., presets, sample packs, templates) are non-refundable once accessed, unless the product is found to be defective.

Defective downloads include:

  • Corrupted or incomplete files

  • Broken or missing download links

  • Content that significantly differs from what was described at purchase

If you experience an issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase. If confirmed defective within that window, we’ll issue a refund. After 14 days, we are happy to provide a replacement version or alternate resolution.

  • Refunds are not issued for software incompatibility where system requirements were clearly stated.

  • Some downloads may expire over time. If this is the case, it will be clearly expressed in the product description and/or during checkout. Regaining access after expiration is at the discretion of SoundHaus. Please contact us if your circumstances are unique.

 

5) Accidental Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product or service more than once, please notify us within 7 days of purchase.

  • Refunds or credits are available for duplicate purchases, provided the product or service has not yet been accessed, scheduled, or downloaded.

For all refund or adjustment requests, please contact us via our contact page, or email us, with your order number and details at [email protected], and we’ll get back to you promptly. Refunds, when granted, will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
